Freaky Fridays

Yes, I am aware that it is not Friday anymore but I didn't have an entry for yesterday. So the reason why my Friday was so freaky was because there was a lot of black ice on the road and I couldn't go to school. I went to the bus stop in flip-flops because I could not find any socks to wear (I am not wearing shoes with out socks SHUDDER!) and I am standing there. Some stupid kids at my bus stop get a text saying that there is not school but I don't believe them because one of my good friends is ON THAT BUS! And some stupid guy that I don't like at all is telling me I should go home and then he calls me stupid because I call him stupid. He really needs to learn some manners. 

So I call this good friend of mine and he tells me that there is a 2 hour delay. Then he tells me that there is no school. Then he tells me that there is school. Then he tells me to go home. So I do. He said that the bus was going really slow and that there was a car accident in front of the bus. Okaaayy.. Getting freaky now. So I head home and he calls me to tell me that the bus is going to my bus stop now! But I am already at home and relaxed! And I am not going back out there because I almost slipped a lot of times out there. By the time I had reached home, my toes had frost bite. I was sure of it.

So later on at about 5:30-ish, my mother and I go to Borders and the mall. Borders used to be my favourite place but now it is not! I couldn't find many of the books on my list that I was looking for! I like Barnes and Noble a lot better now after the one time that I have been there. But I ended up buying fourteen books from Borders which was not nearly as close to the books that I wanted. Would you like to know the list of books? Of course you do :

So I had to go to two Borders stores to find Wicked, Heartless, and Killer by Sara Shepard. I could not find the boxed set which I saw in Barnes and Noble. I could not find Witch and Wizard by James Patterson in hardcover which they usually have because I have The Gift (The Second book) by James Patterson. I could not find The Key To Prosperity :(. I had to look so hard for North of Beautiful, The Year My Sister Got Lucky, Before I Fall, Beastly, and Dark Flame which they usually are in full stock of! And Pretty Little Liars (I am reading the second one from school right now). I totally didn't see the Lying Game by Sara Shepard on the top of my list but I really wanted it yesterday. But I got a special edition of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince which was $60.00 but was reduced to $14.00!!!! I had to get it since I have the 1 and the 5. I was pretty pissed though. So there you have it. DO NOT GO TO BORDERS. GO TO BARNES AND NOBLE IF YOU WANT SOME BOOKS.

Then I went to the mall (and the Borders in the mall) to get some awesome clothes. I got awesome short flat boots with chains in the back, a black leather jacket, some lace tights, a black lace skirt, black frilly cardigan, a sailor-striped cardigan which is really soft, a lot of accessories, black throw over shirt, etc. I am going back on either Friday or Saturday because my mother and I had to rush and only went to like two to three stores because the mall closes at 9. :( it's a mall, it should be open a lot longer.
